Conflict of Interest and Financial Disclosures

As required by Utah Code Ann. 10-3-1313 and Utah Code Ann. 20A-11-1604(6), all City elected officers shall provide a complete conflict of interest statement at the beginning of each year that will be filed with the City Recorder.
