GRAMA Requests

Request for Government Records (GRAMA)

The Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA) was established by the State of Utah to set statutory standards in the maintenance and handling of governmental records.

Requests can be submitted a number of ways:

Download a GRAMA Request form (PDF); complete it and submit to the Recorder's Office for processing:

Fee Notification & Fee Waivers

All GRAMA Records Requests may be subject to research/copy fees. Please see the following link for the current fee schedule:
