No. The City Attorney only represents the City of South Salt Lake in its legal proceedings. Please refer to the Utah State Bar for individual legal counsel.

To file an Appeal on:

• A Criminal Case: Contact the South Salt Lake Justice Court within 30 days of your sentencing date.
• A Civil Citation: Refer to City Ordinance 2.22.040.

3. How do I file a claim?

To file a claim, please fill out our Claim Form (PDF) and submit it with three estimates.

4. What is the administrative law judge?

5. How do I file a Small Claim?

To file a Small Claims action, refer to the South Salt Lake Justice Court for forms and guidelines.

6. How do I pay for a civil citation or fee?

Please make payments online. You will need your citation number or case number to complete this transaction.
